Aww, man, that was just what I needed! A happy-ending story. :) And so beautifully told, without any words.
I aplaud the story writing and the setting. The idea that he teleports the picture to the earth and receives money, only to send it to the hospital immidiately feels new and fresh.
The story was simple, short and just touching enough to give me that wonderful warm feeling you get in your chest when it's.... heartfelt.
The style is also something I want to commend, I just don't have much to say (but that's me) ... It was a fitting style with just enough detail to tell the story. Just as the story had just enough detail to make you understand what was going on.
All in all: great job. And thanks for giving us this little story to love. :)
'Challenging' it was allright. Challenging as in: I couldn't make it past the first two fireballs because of the floaty controls. I think I tried for 10 minutes jumping on the two rocks to get over them until I gave up. Sometimes I just got stuck in the rocks themselves. Other than that I think the pacing was acceptable to get some fun out of it. I like the stick figure's running animation. The graphics were nice, even tough the floating rocks look like pixel art, which doesn't really feel in sync with the rest of the visuals. The music you added was certainly a good choice tough :)
All in all tough, a very basic runner that isn't all that much fun. At least for me.
You have to use left and right to jump on the floating platforms :p
When I booted it up, and everything stood still, I thought that it looked quite promising - that was until I started moving... The "map" is too small, you can't really go for long, until you hit a wall, the screen should really be zoomed out, everything is too close up. The hit detection of the ...thingamaboobs I'm supposed to grab.. is way too precise and it's not very satisfying grabbing them either. Maybe if there were some sparkles? Or if they just had some other tiny animation when I touch them. What I found good was the enemy fire, I got hit, I evaded it, seemed fair. Then again I died and had no idea why. My health was at 57 I think. Was there a one-hit-death with those enemies? I think I got hit by arrows...
All in all, I think this game could have been fun and great if some things would have been considered - like the screen zoom, I see that a few people have pointed that out below. Other than that: Maybe remake this? Add some more stuff? Make it more interesting, give us more room to move around and adjust the controls. Yet, the graphics looked good and I liked the music (cannot end this without saying something good...)

Very interesting. I especially like the faster parts, like on around 2:15. The track may have parts in the beginning where it's a bit repetitive? But I still really like it. :D
